Hi guys thanks for opportunity to lead U-17 national team.I hope I can do as good job as previous manager sean addison.
Even he did'n qualify into world cup but he had some good results.
It will be tough for me as we don't have a many good players and also sometimes training is not as good as should be.

here are some examples how to train players

Goalkeeper: goa 100% pass 35%-40% tech-spe 75%
hea 35%-40%

Full-back: def 100% pass-tech 50% spee 75% head
35%-40%

Centre back: def 100% pass 50% tech 55% spee 50%
hea 55% or all 50%

Wide midfielder: mid 100% pass-tech 50% spee 75%
hea 35%

Central midfielder: mid 100% pass-tech 75%
spee-hea 35%-40%

Wide forward: off 100% shoot 75%-80% pass 50%
tech-spee 75% hea 35%

Centre forward: off 100% shoot 75%-80% pass 35 %
tech 50%-60% spee 75% hea 35%

I don't want to say that this one will guarantee success but for future we can take advantage.
