There are two rounds of elections. 10 managers with the highest number of preferential votes advance to the second round of the elections.

Hello, I would like to spend another two seasons on the general manager's chair.

Just few facts for new players and some peoples who don't pay so much attention to U20 national team - my name is Jakub, I am from the Czech Republic. I started with this game 4 years ago, to this date I think I deeply understand game tactic. And here are some of my success with the Israeli national team:

Season 18 - Bronze medal at the PPM challenge cup cat. C (it was for the 1st time that Israel qualified for this cup)
Season 19 - World Cup appearance (for the 1st time in the history), we ended 3rd in the group stage, only 1 point from the play-off
Season 20 - PPM challenge cup cat. B appearance
Season 21 - 10th place at the World's ranking table
And right now we qualified again for the World cup!
