Lancaster City AFC 0 : 4 AFC Beddington Park

'Another strong away performance for us. I threw in a couple of new faces to freshen the team a bit and they all did superbly well. Sammy Havranek again showed his predator instinct and led the line well. Jarko was amazing on the left and Nik again showed why he's such a class keeper.

Next game in the league is another tough one for us, FCLeech who are now top of the division. They will be coming here on Sunday and we can again only hope that it's our day.

I've sent the reserve team over to Spain for a friendly this weekend and it will be interesting to see how they do. Competition for places is very high as you'd expect and on the whole I'm very pleased with how the whole thing is going.'
