Fairly new to this management gig N8dawg50 has really come to like his position at the club. Winning early on is keeping spirits high but with a season of planning towards future growth rather then short term gain N8dawg50 comments.... I like a win no more then the other but ultimately we are not yet measuring our success by on field performance but rather the strides made off it.
