'Well it had to happen. One of these top sides had to get us. It was a real battle out there and we certainly contributed to a great game. Up to the 80th minute it could really have gone either way. They came at us full-on, I guess thats a testimony to how well we've done.

Our strikers were certainly off form today with ten or so shots off target and I can forgive our keeper as he's done so well for us. It was just one of those days. we'll try and bounce back next time. FCLeech played well and deserved their win.

Were still in a safe spot and to be honest that was all this season was about. Remember we started off here bottom of the league on (-30) Goal Difference with 10 games gone. So if we can finish in the top half I'll be happy.'

Bigfoot Ward, smiled a broad smile and locked the office doors and we went for drink.
