There was some speculation after the impressive 2-0 victory at home that management would reconsider releasing some players as promised after such a strong performance. However, when all was said and done, the players were given their release and said goodbye to their new friends.

While exact values were not released, some say that jersey sales from this one game alone topped a quarter million.

"We don't want to talk about finances here. It's not the place. However, the fans who have always supported OAP and continue to support OAP were very generous with their souvenir purchases this evening. We truly have exceptional fans" said Brzeziński.

OAP will face highway 7 rivals Flower City FC Thursday in a rare case of back-to-back home games at Cm244 Place before travelling to face NKDJ, the perennial I.1 leaders, on the road for a sunday tilt of titans.
