Vlastimil Včelička was notified of his pending transfer a week ago, the only question was: where would he land? The answer came mid-day in Guelph when he landed a spot with Loser Patrol, a strong I.1 club in Canada as well.

"I'm very thrilled. OAP treated me well, I learned very much soccer skills. Moving to Loser Patrol is a dream come true. They are team that is very much strong and I will have an opportunity to play many soccer games for them" said Vlastimil. "They even flew me out to BC straight away for the next game!"

The most important thing of the transfer, was Vlastimil Včelička's pledge to shave his Afro for charity. With the transfer complete, so was the decision on a charity.

"We have decided on a charity" said scott93, manager of Loser Patrol. "We have decided to go with 'Ragateene Rabbits Memorial Fund'. They are a local charity here in the tri-cities and they provide opportunities for players with abnormally large heads. It is always important to provide opportunities to those in the community who may not otherwise have such an opportunity."

There are rumblings that some in Canada's I.1 were not pleased with the trade. While canucks357 cannot control who bids, the strongest defensive team just landed a long-term strong GK. Reports indicate that KetchHoel, of the rival Ragateene Rabbits, was so angry at the news of the transfer he was attempting to tamper with the transfer - distracting scott93 during the final moments. When all was said and done, the transfer was complete, KetchHoel was so furious he threw a cup of ice water all over his grandma and then proceeded to lay a 5-0 beating on Stoney Creek Hotspur.

That seemed to put KetchHoel in a better mood. After the win he called scott93 and asked him, "So new GK eh? How large is his package? Um uh, I mean compensation package." One would suppose the reply to that would be "seven figures" but the remainder of the conversation was not available for media quotes.

With the sale of "V-Squared" as he was known in Guelph, OAP are now closer financially to completing the facility goal for the season.

"We are liking where our facilities are. Once we make one more final upgrade we will begin to shift our funds to our stadium. It was once the class of the league, we shall return it to such a state soon" said canucks357. He was then asked about Borden's return. "Doctors have informed me he is recovering nicely. We suspect he'll be back in a week, two tops."

OAP desperately need him back. They were 6th in the standings when he got hurt. They have slid to 12th spot now and have two tough games in the 4 that include NKDJ and the cKs, not to mention their NC run was cut short. Rough times indeed.
