Bulls4ever fans exited Bulls4ever Stadium Thursday disappointed after a draw to the Oregan Black that prevented the team to promote into Second Division. A week ago, Bulls4ever failed to clinch division title with a draw to Fistaco.

Everyone had their theory on why the Bulls4ever failed to promote.

Unless PPM replaces a dead team by promoting Bulls4ever, the team is now staying in 3rd division with a big payroll and limited cash to improve the team and its facilities.
