The Meerkovo Meerkats are proud to announce the arrival of Roman Wanke. Roman hails from the Czech Republic and has previously been playing at Fc Stahlavy in the Czech IV.39 Division.
Roman is 23 and comes with a whealth of experience which includes 215 games in the Czech League!
Head Coach of the Meerkats Jarolím Pechatý said " We are very pleased to sign Roman who has been on our radar for a few months and we are delighted he has decided to come to England to try his luck".
" No doubt Roman will get some stick from the away fans due to his unfortunate surname but he will be known at the club as "The Hard Man"....due to his strong tackles and no nonsense attitude".
