Incredible scenes here !

We were certainly upagainst it. Dodo had brought in an 18m keeper the eve of the first leg. The game went away from us when the ref inadvertedly put Dodo through on goal and they went a goal up. And that was to be the only goal of leg 1. Their keeper was man of the match and we knew from that momoment we had to really go for it at home.

We set out a full strength full attack and let all hell at them in the 2nd leg. We pounded the goal all night and all night the keeper kept us out. The game was all out war with bookings and red cards and eventually of all people 'Jez' Rammed home the tie equalizer.

Our decision to put Left winger of the season 'Sidney Clark' on the pitch was key. Sidney orchestrated attack after attack and in extra time he put Neven through for the vital goal and then scored himself to secure us promotion !!

We've worked hard here at Beddington and we know next season will be tough. All we can say is that were looking forward to the challenge and see you all soon.
