The Nightwatch† - U-17 & developing young players.

It is very difficult for managers who have been playing for only a few seasons to catch up with developing facilities. Also to bring through the quality young players we need level 15 Sports Academy facilities. With limited sponsorship funds due to low participation in England it has become almost impossible to catch up. I think the best option is for the gaming masters to bring together the leagues of England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland in order to bolster teams income and make it more competitive.
