NikoGiants - Keepers with vaginas???

Why like as hockey our keepers have vaginas? And why normal women have monthly cycle once a month but our keeper (here and in hockey) have cycle at least once at week? I know that this give chance to every idiot to win something but I'm afraid soon in this game will stay ONLY idiots if our keeper will not become men without vaginas!
