"I can tell you that if we are going to create new leagues, Taiwan is on top of our list right now. But we can only do that at the end of the season. We will make the final decision in the final week of the season depending on the situation in Taiwan."

簡單的來說
如果要新開聯盟
台灣會在優先考慮的名單中
但是還是會依據球季最後一週時台灣的隊伍狀況(數量)來決定
