CINCINNATI, OH - The Cincinnati Roughriders earned promotion into the American Second Division yesterday after eliminating FC Milwaukee 9:3 on aggregate. The Roughriders came I to the second leg with a convincing 7-1 win at home on the first leg and rested key players to see out a 2-2 draw in Wisconsin. Head coach Khary Williams is said to be ecstatic over the result.

"Earning a spot in the second division means this team can really see where it stands with the big boys. The whole organization is excited that we will now have the funds to expand the stadium and make this club one step closer to a world reknown club."

Williams wouldn't comment or speculate as to whether the promotion would affect his candidacy for the USMNT U20 head coach position.
